Booking notes
Villa rates in Patong swing harder through the calendar than hotels do, because a house sits empty or full with nothing between. Damage deposits are standard at this level and taken in cash on arrival, so factor 5,000 to 15,000 baht into the first day. Splitting a five-bedroom house across a group lands well below the equivalent in hotel rooms.
